Matthew Day was assigned to my case as a public defender, because I am disabled and could not afford an attorney. This is a family and domestic case. I posted an ugly review, because I repeatedly left email messages and did not receive answers. Apparently he Googled himself, because he emailed me, finally, telling me he was withdrawing from my case. He had treated me as if I were guilty. He would not listen to me. I couldn't get answers. I should have stood by my first review, but I changed it to appease him. I should have stood by the first review.This is the re-elected review.
