It appears they created another google maps listing to hide their negative reviews. So I wanted to make sure I posted to both to be helpful to fellow Tulsans. Not impressed with their attention to detail and overall client experience. My advice make sure to let them know you are the client and that they are your employee. Remember patrons of Tulsa. Cash is king. Their job is to serve you not the other way around. I may be firing them tomorrow. I doubt anyone will read this. However, I think it is important as clients of local establishments that we give them honest feedback, bring awareness to not only clients but to our local community. I am realizing more and more the importance of asking questions you already know the answer to see if someone is just after your soldiers (money) or they really after giving you the best client experience in Tulsa. As an alumni of Babson college and being sponsored by Goldman Sachs I am beginning to doubt their level of expertise and competence. Hopefully, this review will be received with love and will prompt a call. Remember patrons their is always someone that can give you better service. You are in control...why - you have what they want your money. So my advice always hire someone smarter than you but always have friends or cohorts that can help guide away from emotion because you are afraid you my hurt someone feelings. Honest is always the best policy. Furthermore, when you add emotion to business it can lead you to a heart attack. Family first. Never let someone (company) get on their high house. Set a boundary and bring them down on your level. Coach them up or coach them out. Hopefully, someone will take the time to reply as if I am the client not their employee. True professionals. Hall Estill does an excellent job. I wouldn't trust a Google review from someone (Jon Ivers) that doesn't know how to use punctuation in a critical review.
