I'm going to have to give a bad review for Scott Ash. My mother has him as a lawyer, after close to 4 years of dealing with the constant bs she finally got the case "settled", which is ridiculous to begin with. On the day of the last court date he promised her he would have a check for her in less than 30 days. Another thing that he has failed to follow through with. Seeing as how she's had a couple surgeries and had been told she can't work or her case would be dropped, she's been staying with me because obviously she can't afford to pay for anything because she can't work and her lawyer has failed to take care of his client financially. I've been to telling her for the last year and a half to find a lawyer that will actually do the job he's supposed to do and will be getting paid for. Seeing that it's Friday and his office obviously won't be operating on the weekend, I'm wondering exactly how much longer this overpaid attorney is going to take? I would not recommend this law firm to anyone that actually counts on having a day job to survive because if you by some random chance end up needing a lawyer due to workplace injury and depend on that check to survive, count on being homeless or count your blessings for a family member or friend to help you.

I definitely give 5 stars to Scott Ash, he worked very hard and we won our case. He is very nice but yet professional. He actually meets with you to discuss your case. He answered all my questions and the staff are always helpful and willing to answer all my questions when needed.

My case was quite difficult. Most Attorneys would have given up and settled for a “no” answer, but Scott was persistent and never gave up. As a result, we won. I highly recommend Ash Law!

Mr. Law was suppose to handle my grandson case and started it with great paralegals, unfortunately my trouble began when the two ladies quit when I called to make a appointment to see Mr. Law. The lady never allowed me to make an appointment she said he was out of town and asked what I wanted and needed very rude. As she was determined not to let me make an appointment to see him, I told her that’s why you make appointments but she asked me to her what I needed and wanted and she said he unavailable. With that being said my case got dropped as I couldn’t see the attorney and I have research another attorney who I believe can help my case.i wish he would have said he didn’t want to take the case than to give me the hope that he could help me. I want recommend him even though he is nice because of the new receptionist he has.

Scott Ash Law Firm was my attorney for disability. He put work into my case. He had recovered 1683 pages through out my life and that's why I was determined to get approved. When I had my disability hearing I was so blessed with the gift god gave me to do the right thing talk clear and loud. The judge listened as I described my life and he allowed me to take the stage (figure of speech) They listened as I walked them through my life and it got intense for a few. I broke down and as I tried holding back tears I put it in God's hands. He knows my struggles and my daily not so productive life of not being able to do anything. People don't understand what I go through just to make it to another day. I don't know why I got approved right there in the hearing bc I was told that they look things over compare it with my other paper work. Then they make a decision. See I put it in god's hands.
