He refuses to return money that my wife and I paid and when we looked at the receipt it was in my Brother's name so he falsified a legal document......DO NOT USE He is very slow and doesnt do half of what he promises he can

This attorney was very hateful and disrespected me and my family. We paid him $1,500 for my father in-laws estate. He said he only used half of the money. We found a better lawyer and fired Jim Filyaw and now he refuses to give the remaining of my money back to me. He called me white trash and other names. Please never use this attorney. He needs to be disbarred.

He was very straight to the point and percise. I got my divorce done and over with quick. He was very perfessional and new what he was doing. He was actually very pleasant, but seeming straight forward can make him seem rude but overall I dont think that's his intentions.
