I could not be more happier with how my bankruptcy has turned out! Todd is the best bankruptcy lawyer anyone could have. I had previously gone to another firm and had started the process. I had been dealing with the secretaries the whole time, every time I tried to reach the lawyer I would have to go through tons of people and only to be back with the secretary! I never had clear answers and was frustrated with how my case was going. (I am choosing to not say the firms name because I don’t want to make them look bad)! Prior to hiring him as my lawyer, I had little to no knowledge of the legal system or my rights as they pertained to my specific case, and Mr.Hertzberg took the time to educate me on the entire process. This is not the first time I have left a review on him but he seems to get them erased somehow because they are not showing up anymore. This guy gave me bad advice about how to handle military debt which cost me 5000 dollars during the bankruptcy case and then refused to take responsibility for it. He acknowledged it was his fault but would not refund my money or pay me the money he cost me.

Giving a client informatuon that is incorrect during a case like this is malpractice. Not taking responsibility for your error is immoral. Please be careful of this guy.

WANT "FREE" MONEY? Mr. Hertzberg handled our case promptly in a very professional,and efficient manner. The neat part is he brought to our attention the illegal act that so many harassing collectors do referred to as "robo-calls". These companies know it is illegal - however, it's more cost efficient for them to have automated recordings call you than to pay actual people to do so. All you have to do is answer the call (don't say anything) and hang up. Keep a log: i.e. take a quick second and take a screen shot of the call. Todd can usually get $500-1,000 PER CALL! Instead of contesting this illegal act in court that they can't win, they will most likely pay the suit without going to trial. Mr. Hertzberg got us our money quick and easy!
