Dale will waste you time and money. I had to hire another attorney just because this guy did absolutely nothing . Do not waste your money find a real lawyer willing to drop his attitude and do his job. My current lawyer told me he had not done anything in my case.

Knowingly allow their associates to partake in extremely unethical behavior with other lawyers that jeapordizes the safety of women and children.

He charges his clients for work that his cluents do and work He NEVER performs.

I hired Dale for my divorce/custody lawyer. He was a waste of time and money. He was charging me to read email and to give me status of my case. I had to do my own research in order to bring an idea him example a contemp. He response would is that what u want to do. There was no explanation or advise. He was hired on Dec and fired on June due to he was always wanting to wait to have a hearing. In my opinion I think he was just trying yo get as much money out me before the case was over. I have requested for a partial refund and now he won't even answer my email or calls. This lawyer is a coward and a scam artist. Beware of him he will milk you out of your money for as long as he can and then hide.

Dale Duke handled my divorce case. He was upfront and straightforward from the start regarding timelines and realistic outcomes. I appreciated that. He communicated his availability clearly throughout the process. If you’re looking for a lawyer that will sugar coat things and/or tell you what you want to hear, I’d suggest finding another lawyer. If you want a logical and sound lawyer who can advise you and not waste your time/money, hire Dale.

This firm was very friendly and relate-able. Dale really helped with my anxiety when it came to talk to the other party. They are very good at communicating throughout the case in a timely manner.

If I could give negative stars, that would happen. If you want a firm that will promise you resolution in a specific timeframe, assign your case to a series of the most incompetent junior attorneys available, ignore your case, lose your case, fail to follow up on anything, make you do all the research, attempt to charge you for time spent helping attorneys at other firms for someone else's case, and then refuse to refund your money after stealing, lying, and manipulating you for 18 months... this is the place for you.

I hired this firm to handle a contractor who had stolen money for a renovation and then placed a lien on the home when I filed a complaint for the theft. Mr. Duke said it was an easy, straightforward case and to give them 30 days.

Months later when I reached out due to no activity, I was told the junior attorney left the firm and my case "fell through the cracks". It was assigned to another junior attorney who made an attempt at filing the paperwork but completely messed it up and failed to ask for a court date.

Months continued to roll by. Mr. Duke said he broke his arm, that he had been sick, that he had been on vacation.. always a new excuse as to why nothing had been done.

At one point I received a bill for time the junior attorney spent conveying all of my research on the nasty contractor to an attorney at a different firm for a different victim! When I confronted them, I was told they were very sorry and they would finish my case without further charges.

Months and months continued to go by as did the excuses, if I wasn't being completely ignored. After nearly 2 years, I had to hire an attorney from a different firm who was magically able to resolve the entire case in under 45 days.

Wallace, Martin, Duke & Russell continued to ignore me before finally sending me a refund check last week for an insulting $164 out of the $1500 that they stole and did nothing with.

This firm has zero integrity. They have zero work ethic. Do NOT trust them with your money, time, or property. Their complete negligence cost me tens of thousands in property loss, time, distress, etc. Stay FAR, FAR away.

I hired Kevin Wells in my divorce involving the custody of my children. While Kevin comes across as very polite he was otherwise useless for my case. I provided meticulous details including emails, text messages and a thorough timeline of events. None the less Kevin was unfamiliar with any of the details or extensive files in my case. He did not develop a case strategy what so ever. Did not even try to get a discovery. Did not speak up for me at all, not even once and would not return my emails. I basically paid Kevin to be a secretary for the plaintiff. He was far too eager to facilitate what ever was requested by the plaintiffs attorney and never asked for anything from them. He went to the deposition with me however he didnt say anything towards assisting me...oh, I think that he answered one question that I asked him.
Beware of this attorney, he will speak kindly to you just to get your money and then do absolutely nothing to help you win.
