Have had TWO criminal case experiences with Mr. Jones. Both outcomes were far from what was paid for or discussed. I was very dissatisfied with both and regretfully cannot recommend him for representation on any criminal law case.

Not usually busy this time of day

Receptionist was rude. Cut me off while I was speaking and basically dismissed me. Once it was determined the type of representation I was seeking does not align with his client base she basically became dismissive and essentially hung up while I was still speaking as in to get a recommendation on who may handle those kind of cases.

In my opinion this lawyer has poor etiquette; dismissing my questions on the telephone. "That's common sense.", in response to a serious question I had. Well excuse me sir... I hope you are better on the bench than you're telephone skills, because you SIR are very rude.

I'm sure he is a great lawyer in most circumstances, but DO NOT CONSIDER HIM FOR CRIMINAL LAW. He is the most incompetent, lazy, disrespectful, person I have ever had the obligation to deal with. If your case is criminal, there are public defenders that would take better care of you. Please, if you have a criminal case, DO NOT CONSIDER this person.
