In October 2019 I had come to the decision that my marriage of 10 years would be ending in divorce. Upon my arrival, I had the answer of "no" to the "Do you have a will?" question from the trauma nurse. The accident was just me, my bike, and the road. I didn't have to search for a personal injury attorney, there was no automobile involved in the accident, but my broken ribs and collarbone had nurses thinking otherwise. I did have questions about creating a legal will. I also have the added complexity of just getting married. What does that mean for creating a legal will that covers what I need covered. I Hired an attorney for a legal matter pre marriage. On the front end I was given the upmost assurance that it would be handled in time. I paid in full up front. I was given specific assurances as to the process That needed to happen. Then Immediately I was completely let down with the lack of communication, professionalism, bad attitude, and every other possible thing I was assured I would get. No calls were returned. No appointments were kept. Not one of the assurances she gave me of the process were accurate. By the end of it, which was around 4 weeks late, I was so disgusted with the whole process I wish I would have never done it. Zero stars.

Curtis Runger initially started out helping my sister with a personal injury lawsuit. Unfortunately before the matter was concluded, my sister passed away. Worst experience / representation of a law firm i have ever encountered. No follow up. Doesn't complete outstanding task. Stay away.. find another lawyer to represent you. I wasted 9 months of my life trying to work with these people.

I called to get help with a situation involving my 2 year old son. I was cut off several times by the lawyer I had spoken to, and then during the maybe 3 mins of being on the phone with him, without being allowed to give all the information about my case, this man said he couldn't help me and hung up on me. I have been completely traumatized during the last 2 months trying to get justice for my son, and I called for help and this is how I was treated. After he hung up the phone, I sat there and cried because I have been desperate for months to get help to find out what happened to my son the day he was almost killed and possibly almost abducted while at daycare. I am very glad that this soulless lawyer did not take my case, because I am very sure by my experience with him, that he lacks compassion and is only focused on his own pockets instead getting justice for anyone else
