Their a volume business, and your a number. I'm afraid most places are like this, so it's probably average among its competitors.

The lawyers give you double talk and the run around before deciding to open your case. They give you paperwork to take to your doctors and do not follow up on your calls or when you drive to drop off paperwork in office. Communication could stand for improvement. If you prefer straight forward answers without the headache, seek counsel elsewhere for adequate representation.

I called and left a voice mail, after a week I had to call them back and the man on the other end said we don't handle that. It would have been professional for them to call me to let me know that instead of ignoring my call.

I was referred to Attorney William(billy) Ryan by a former client of his. Atty Ryan represented me for an on the job injury case. I went there for a consultation but changed my mind because I felt like they were going to just take my money and not help me. Donati's secretary, Amy, said I should really have the consultation because Donati had interesting findings for me after looking at my case file. So I paid the money and Donati said he'd call me the next week after consulting with a colleague. I never heard from him again until I called him two weeks later and then it wasn't him who called me back, but his secretary, Amy, who told me that my case file was at the front desk.
