Brian Chiozza is the absolute BEST. I was sooo stressed during this whole court situation but he told me not to worry and that he would take care of everything. And he did just that! My case was with this firm for over a year, and it’s collecting dust. I wouldn’t tell my enemy to work with them. They had very poor communication skills, I had to consistently call for updates on my case. Then they catch attitudes when you start asking a lot of question about YOUR case.

This law firm will not take your case seriously not will they try to quickly resolve your case. Do not choose them if you do not have time to spare. We certainly do not, and we've been waiting on a court case and resolution since 2015. Their communication skills are awful. Seriously, I wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone.

Went above and beyond to help me! Had an old case from 2013 pop up THIS YEAR Luckily Mr. Brian Chiozza and the awesome staff at the Chiozza law firm went above and beyond to prove we did go to court and the case was thrown out! The Judge from the case remembered throwing it out, they expunged it off my record and apologized for the inconvenience it caused me! I cant thank Mr. Chiozza enough for helping me even AFTER my case.

Great people and place they was very nice

Better rate by $50 for a traffic ticket with an accident. My ticket was dismissed, just had to pay court costs. Never had to leave my house. Did everything through text, email and PayPal. Absolutely recommend this firm.

Slow responder

Parking isn't available. They say they will call you back but you have to check on your own case. Receptionist is really rude and talks to her chest when speaking with you. They made a nice settlement plan though and didn't take long on the case.

I got my first speeding ticket back in February and contacted Brian Chiozza after being referred to him by multiple friends. Expressing my desire to not have it on my record, Brian was extremely patient, answered all of my many questions and made sure that I was aware of all of the possible ways it could be handled in court. He appeared in court on my behalf since I was out of town, and promptly communicated the outcome with me later that day. I'm so grateful for how easy and stress free Brian made this process, and would recommend him time and time again!!

Had 2 serious moving violations called Chiozza hours before my 1st appearance without hesitation or upfront fees and he got it dismissed that day and same for the 2nd tkt the next day. Would definetly recommend to friends & family. Call'em you won't be disappointed.

I ended up in Memphis kind of on a whim and tbh got myself into a situation I shouldn’t have. Not knowing anyone I just hit up google and found these guys to help me out. The initial form of contact was through texting, and on a weekend , but even then Brian specifically reassured me and told me that it would be taken care of. Now at the end of this it turned out that I got lucky in finding them.They got everything taken care of , and cleared up for me , in as painless a way as possible. I never felt judged or embarrassed , and they were responsive and helpful throughout the whole time. Just wanted to put this out there as a thanks to them , and if you need help and maybe don’t know anyone to go to in MeMphis, these guys are the real deal, and I’m glad that I landed into their hands. This is one of the most saddest and poor communicating law firms i have ever incountered in my life" Chiozza law firm doesnt contact you or return your calls concerning your case"They also have poor services and treat you as if you case doesnt matter at all" their assistant at the front desk is very rude when you call" The lawyers act as if they dont know whats going on with your case when you do hear from them... To be honest i wouldnt refer anyone to this place" This is not the way business is suppose to be handle serious or nonserious.. Ive waited 3 and a half months still with no response or update... BAD BUSINESS!

when they sign your jacket they never return your phone calls. The old lady that answers the phone is rude and claims she knows nothing.

This law office is a total WASTE OF TIME!!! I would NEVER refer anyone here. I was a plaintiff in an accident case that occurred in 2010, 4 years ago, and these lawyers contacted me probably 3 times or less within the 4 year time frame. I had a pretty substantial case, went through depositions, and was told that the case would probably be going to trial. I had a little bit of hope for this case..only for them to send me a letter saying that they are CLOSING MY CASE. They did not even have enough respect for their client to call to explain and they did NOT even give me a specific reason why they were dropping my case. The letter said that I needed to hire another lawyer! IT JUST SHOWS THAT THEY CLEARLY DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING!!! Every time I called to check on my case, the RUDE older lady at the front desk would give some bogus reason about them not being able to contact me. When I called to ask why they were dropping my case, she told me to JUST HIRE ANOTHER ATTORNEY & WHAT I NEEDED TO ASK THE ATTORNEYS AT CHIOZZA LAW FIRM WOULD NOT CHANGE THEIR MINDS. I am disgusted and I hope that this review will prevent other clients from experiencing what I went through with this BOGUS FIRM. The only reason I gave this review a star is because it was required to rate the law firm and they don't even deserve that one.
