Mr. Donaldson is a sad excuse for an attorney. After coming to Mr. Donaldson with an issue that at most should have been within the court system for a few months, has unfortunately been ongoing for multiple years. The "buddy system" in West Memphis, Arkansas is regrettably reality. Mr. Donaldson has friended opposing counsel, allowing them to do anything they see fit, without my best interest in mind. Mr. Donaldson NEVER returns emails, phone calls, does not meet with his clients when scheduled, and most certainly has no answers. Save yourself the time and money from hiring him.
