Mr.Shipman is a very good attorney and fought for me when the system was trying to give as much of a punishment as they could for something very ridiculous and got it reduced and got it to be taken off my record on top off that he worked a payment play out with me since I don't make a lot of money this worked out very well for me. I highly recommend him as he will fight for you and get you the best outcome possible even if the system is trying to give you the worst outcome they can.

My younger brother received a DUI, and he couldn't afford a lawyer. It was my job to find reasonably priced yet high quality representation, and I feel we did just that with Shipman and Crimm (Joel Crim in particular). Joel offered a reasonable, flat rate for all non-trial representation, and took the time on the phone and in person to walk us through every step and possible outcome of the process. His experience as a former ADA made the explanation very clear and logical.

Once we agreed upon a strategy, it was pursued immediately. On the day of the trial, Mr. Crimm had already pled it down to a reckless driving, 6 months probation, no suspended license, and no jail time, BEFORE WE EVEN ARRIVED. While I hope there is never another need for these services, if there is I will absolutely contact Shipman and Crim.
