Called multiple times, spoke to Lexi multiple times. Was informed that Bryson would call me back in a timely fashion. Three weeks later, no call back even after I called back. The only call back that I got was when I called and informed them that I would leave a review online explaining the situation. The excuse that I got was that this time of year is very busy and the courts are trying to close cases out at the end of the year. I initially called on November 28, didn’t get even a call back until December 26th. Very unprofessional with no sense of urgency in a time sensitive case. If you need something done, don’t call Bryson.

Complete waste of money. I hired Bryson Law Firm to help prevent a traffic ticket being reported and affecting my insurance. I paid their fee, and the ticket was still reported to my insurance company.

Bryson law firm is a joke! I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. All they want is your money! And lies is all you get from these people! I went through 3 diff lawyers here on a divorce in 17 months. And all I got was the run around. And if you expect to get a phone call back about your case good luck with hearing from them unless they have someone calling wanting money! I have a friend that is using them also and her case has been going on for 2 years now and has paid 4000 dollar retainer and nothing has been done. Not even a court date and of course she can’t get a phone call or email back either after leaving multiple voice messages and sending several emails. Have not heard from them in around 6 months so drove 30 min to Bryson law firm 2 weeks ago to find out what’s going on and of course no one could talk to me. they was busy so left message with the lady up front how aggravated we was that no one will return our calls or let us know what’s going on. And still have not heard from them!

I'm really glad I chose Bryson Law Firm. Kerry Bryson is a real go getter! He has approached my case exactly the way I'd expect a good lawyer to handle it, which really put my mind at ease. Their office staffers are really sincere and helpful in getting my concerns addressed. They are on the ball. Required a large retainer which he said would be refunded if not needed. Earned less than 1/2 and refused to send balance. Also would never send an accounting. Just another crook disguised as a lawyer.

Great experience. Polite honest to the point and did not sugarcoat anything. Would recommend to anyone and would use again if needed knock on wood.

Mr Bryson was able to open up closed cases and get the cases resolved favorably. We did not have to go to court ourselves. He took care of everything for us. Carol was also very helpful and available to us.

Got handed off from one lawyer, who was under bar investigation, to Kerry who in turn handed me off to Angela. She was very unprofessional dropped the f bomb in front of my kids in the court house. When I talked to her that morning she told me oh we got this, don't worry, etc etc. My ex husband forgot about court and in stead of saying anything she freaking asked for a recess, I didn't even know why till he walked through the door smiling and laughing about forgetting. She acted like she was my ex's lawyer at that point, she turned on me and blamed me for his behavior and though I got full custody she didn't fight for my kids best interests at all. She tried to get me to let him keep joint custody and not get anything because I wasn't making my almost grown teenage boys go to their fathers home. the case took over two years and when the court order was filed and the next day the ex went back into contempt, they wanted another full retainer.... Not helpful at all.

it was last year in August, not some years ago. She offered to file a new contempt order for a new retainer. I sent an email asking for a referral instead. No response, not that I really thought she'd give me one. Guess what? Ex is still in contempt, she (y'all) solved nothing.

Bryson was an outstanding lawyer! He was understanding, personable, very prepared, reasonable, and friendly. He was loyal and had my back 100%. He charged me a very reasonable fee and did everything he said he would and more. He was so well-prepared and did such a good job that even the judge spoke highly of him to me and told me that I should be very grateful for how good of a job he did. The judge repeatedly give him praise and spoke on his preparedness and hard work, telling me how much he did for me and how much effort he put into my case. In my experience, I've never had a judge show that much admirability and praise in the courtroom for an attorney. I am beyond grateful and recommend him very highly!

Kerry Bryson did an awesome job on our case. I really think the outcome would have been a lot different had we not had Mr. Bryson. If I ever need an attorney again it will definitely be him that I use. And I will recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney.

We got ripped off by Kerry Bryson. Paid Bryson $1500 for them to handle a case for my daughter. They answered a couple of phone calls and that was ALL they did. They did nothing, no filings, no orders, no discovery and no court. We asked for our retainer back and Kerry Bryson refused....said he had to have it to pay his people for the holidays. Really bad business. Reputable businesses will return your money when they have not performed the service that they were paid for..... not so here. Will not recommend them to anyone ever.
