I had previously written a negative review which I retracted. In the face of imminent prosecution I over reacted. I can say now I highly recommend Marcus Morris. He is open and honest. He kept me out of jail over a misunderstanding with the police. No one facing prosecution should underestimate the added value of an attorney that is willing to try to resolve matters as opposed to just “ dealing with the system.” I had a federal charge and prison sentence in the past. But even my 50,000 attorney never went above and beyond like Marcus Morris. You cannot do better.

He is truly good and the best Counselor in the North Ga area and well respected. You are in old hands and you can rest easy.

Jeff Dean has worked with both myself and my family. Mr. Dean treated me and my case as if it was his own family member and was always there to answer any questions. I will continue to use Mr. Dean on any future case.

I called for my grandmother about a “Will”, I asked if they done them and she said “Yes”, well I wanted to speak to an actual attorney about this and get more information and she completely denied me, said “all our attorneys are “busy” “ So, I asked for a call back, she asked for my name and number and then ultimately says right after getting my number that it’d be a while before I received a call back, that I needed to call elsewhere if I needed it soon, and all the while she seemed very uninterested in helping me or my grandmother. Horrible service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Everyone around town recommends Mr. Morris as “THE man you want representing you.” I’ve heard it from countless people and amidst an ungodly amount of cumulative traffic citations (and a revoked license) I was lucky enough to learn that Morris does free consults. During our meeting, he made it clear that our #1 priority is to get me back driving legally and we’ll do whatever it takes to make that happen. In spite of being the top defense attorney in North GA, his fees are basically identical to any ole Joe Blow attorney down the street. All I can say is that he has earned his “beast mode” reputation and we are very lucky to have him here in Dalton.

If you need a defense attorney Marcus Morris is the man you want at your side. I was charged with DUI less safe for refusing to consent to a blood draw even though I blew under the legal limit on a breathalyzer. Thought for sure I was going to lose my license for a year among other things but Marcus was able to make the charge go away in court and I am extremely thankful. He is a true pro and I highly recommend him!

The last several months have been the scariest of my life. My son, who has never been in trouble before, made a few bad choices that could have put him in jail. I had no idea what to do, how to go about finding the RIGHT Lawyer, it was the most terrified I have ever been. I spent many days trying to find THE Lawyer. I asked friends, spent countless days researching on the internet and called many Lawyers that I knew weren’t right for us. When I learned about Mr. Marcus Morris, I had him checked out by a Judge in Virginia who was a friend of a friend... and this Judge said, “He’s your man! He has the experience you want when you’re fighting for your son!” ...and after my first meeting with Mr. Morris I knew he was right. As I’ve said, I had spoken to other Lawyers that may have been qualified, but none that came across as professional, passionate or sincere about truly wanting to help us. Mr. Morris is EVERYTHING you want in a Lawyer and he does it with heart. He is very down to earth and easy to talk to, not at all condescending or judgmental and he knows his stuff! Our Court day was yesterday and my son is back at College attending classes as I am writing this. I am FOREVER Grateful to Mr. Morris for all he did to keep my son from going to jail. Great attorney! Mr. Morris helped us on a DUI case and he managed to get the case dismissed (keep in mind all cases are different). You have to trust him and keep in mind that he is a great attorney and that he handles MANY cases so don't expect to hear back from him unless it's important but that does not mean he forgot about you.
