Stay away from him... Do not recommend... He is fare.. staff and Tom Bible are rude.. once he files the bankruptcy.. he will not help... He has yelled at my dad n told him he stupid n don't have... Melinda that works in the office is very very rude.. she does not give Tom Bible his messages... She throws away paper you drop off.. if you do not do as Tom Bible says he refuses his services

Tom Bible and his firm are truly pieces of garbage, all he cares about is money. He will not take calls from his clients because quote: if i answer phone calls then i can't meet with new clients. I spoke with an unaffiliated rival attorney for advice, he accepted my call. I also spoke with my oppostions attorney twice, via phone, they accepted my call, my attorney (Tom Bible) would not speak to me via phone. Avoid this man (Tom Bible) at all costs

I did have a negative review regarding their receptionist and the payment issues that I did have. They did take their time and investigate the issue and quickly resolved it and apologize for their clerical mistake. Everyone makes mistakes but being able to fix it and take ownership of their problem is the best. They are quick with their process and Mr. Bible is great and he is very knowledgeable of his business. I would definitely advice anyone that wants to file bankrupty to call the firm.
