A great law firm

Mrs Terri is the bomb. She spend a lot of time with me and my son and got justice for him. Her paralegal is awesome as well. If u need an attorney that will be on your side from day ONE these attorneys are they way to go. Again thank you so very much !!

Although my case was finally settled (after 2 years), I definitely would not recommend this firm! I had to call regularly and beg for updates due to the lack of communication. Both of the receptionists that answer the phone never have a clue what you are talking about. I had to always leave messages that the paralegal usually did not return. Once, I had to call the firm that referred me (Pitman) just to get an update on my case. When we finally did go to court they waited until the day before to tell me, via text message. I had just called 3 days before and left messages that were not returned. And then, Mr. Artrip himself is extremely rude. He talks to his clients with a very demeaning and disrespectful tone. At least that was my experience with him. The first time I met with him he was 10 minutes late to the appointment. I don't understand why he has no respect for other people's time. Yesterday I called them because again they have not communicated with me. Of course, the receptionist had no idea what was referring to when I asked if the settlement check had arrived. Later in the day she called back and said that she found it. I told them I would be in today at 9 am to pick it up. I even asked if that was too early and she said it was no problem. I arrived and of course, the receptionist acted like she had no idea what was going on while another lady looked all over the office for the check. She kept calling the paralegal and Mr. Artrip. When Mr. Artrip finally arrived he expected me to continue to wait for the paralegal although they had finally found the check. I very politely pointed out that I had already been there over 15 minutes and I needed to get back to work. Mr. Artrip said, "just hold on, I'm not going to listen to this". I was really confused as to why he is so rude and disrespectful. It's not my fault that none of you show up for work on time and your office is unorganized and unprofessional. It's really upsetting to make an appointment that they broke and then to be talked to like I'm beneath him. Especially when he just made over a thousand dollars off of my case. I am so glad that this was my last interaction with them. If you want regular updates and expect to be treated with respect, find another attorney.
