Horrible experience. Was referred to them for help with filing for disability. Receptionist was rude and repeatedly hung up on me. I sent in an email contact and chat form requesting assistance as well. No one would ever even call me back for an initial consultation just an email stating that they wouldn't help me. Very disappointed.

Estee was the first person I met, at my initial interview for appealing my SSD denial. I called & scheduled an appt the same day I received denial letter. Everyone is kind, patient and respectful, other than Mrs Rita Wilkerson...bless her heart, I can only assume she has a lot of 'bad' days. Regardless what I was speaking to her about, she was abrupt & somewhat condescending...and I was was doing was following instructions received from Mr Hedges correspondence. Anyway... I'd prayed hard and long regarding my disability. I followed Mr Hedges instructions given from our pre-trial appointment, and I was approved for my disability. I can't thank him enough. I sat & cried in my car for 5 min after the hearing, since the judge acknowledged my approval by the end of the hearing. I am grateful beyond words.
