Was referred to this firm by a friend. Contacted them and left information about what I needed help with. Was told attorney would contact me next day never heard from him. Called back told attorney would contact me that evening never heard from him. Called back and told same thing. Waited another day and nothing .went to law office and told them why I was there waited for thirty minutes and clerk came back and said was to busy to take case. I left 1 star rating due to that fact and added story at later date. Later I learned this firm was representing the other party. My problem is if there was a conflict of interest just say that don't waste people's time.

My mom recently hired Philip Burnett to handle her disability case. She was really nervous about even talking to him about the case. We met with Philip and he completely put her ease. Called to schedule to talk to an attonery, a woman which i hope wasn't an attorney answered the phone and was very rude and unprofessional. At the end of our conversation I had stated some advice that was told to me by another attorney office. She stated very rudely "Well you should go call that attorney" So if you want to have someone point you to another attorney, because evidently this attonerys office doesn't need your money then give them a call. I will make sure never to recommend this attonerys office to anyone.
