I am very UNSATISFIED with this service. For a little over 3 weeks I have called the office numerous times to try to get an update from WEBB and he’s yet to get back with me. I’ve sent countless emails, left voicemails, I even texted his phone and nothing. I’ve been ghosted. And this is after meeting with him and he guaranteed a response by the weekend. The one time he responded was about 2 weeks ago and he said the same thing, I’m going to send you the letters and please review them and send them back to me so we can send them out. Still nothing ..

I was charged with5 or 6 charges I lost count but they were very serious charges over meth oxycodone theft and a lot more not to mention I have also done time with the Fed's before for manufacturing meth .Mr Speaks saved my life he got me 3 misdemeanors with 11 months and 29 days of unsupervised probation trust me if you need a drug lawyer he is the best I used jerry summers years ago and I'm not putting jerry summers down at what he did for me but I would of wished Mr Speaks could of helped me out with my fed case Most of all I just wanted to say Mr Speaks thank you don't know what I would of done without you thank you thank you thank you .Eric Kilgore is my name.

I drove all the way to Chattanooga just for Mr. Speek to represent me. I was facing 3 felony charges out of McMinn county and needed the best. Me. Speek got 2 charges completely dropped and one charge plead down to a misdemeanor with unsupervised probation. Also a big thank you to Chrissy for coming down and putting on the finishing touches! I've used Christina mincey with two different cases since 2012. I was given full custody back of my kids in 2013 after a lengthy court battle with the maternal grandmother and step grandfather. The father had abandon them and never showed up to one hearing ten years ago. Last July the grandparents attorney after being warned to not bring this case before a judge again took me back to court and wrongfully took my kids back from me based on hearsay. No failed drug screens no arrest absolutely nothing but the grandmother stating bogus claims that I said things that actually should of made the magistrate question her sanity instead of mine. CPS already closed a case that they called in and I agreed to a random drug screen but the lawyer Kathy Rowell still went before a magistrate Gott against cps findings that there calls were untrue. I had proof of my innocence to everything used but the magistrate refused to listen. And I haven't seen my kids on over a year. I went to Ms minceys office and sent her emails only to have my files pretty much thrown at me by her paralegal Kristen Thomas edge and she refused to address the fact they brought this double jeopardy case before the juvenile court system five years later disregarding judge philyaws findings and judgement from 2013 and their appeal to hollimgworth with stipulations to the visitation he gave them in 2014 now to find out my lawyer didn't fight and it was not the way appeals work. I have been refused to even see either judge without Chrissy mincey present and yes she was paid in full if she hadn't been she wouldn't of accepted a divorce case for me in 2016. I have multiple times tried contacting her and she refused to address this case that she was the lawyer on and you would think she wouldn't sit back and allow a lawyer to ruin five years later a case that was big for her with family law considering criminal was her thing. If you want a judgement to sit in stone I suggest you find a new lawyer and one willing to stand up for you. I did most of her work for her years ago but she was great in court just not one to stick to the contract. I paid her a lot of money after going back over my account more than I thought. I gave this woman over 15 referrals even a high profile one that she pretty much took the money and didn't fight for me on this case. I had primary custody only custodial parent and grandparents have no rights in tn. The judge ordered Chrissy to make sure the kids dad answered to non payment of support in 2014. She never did a thing after telling the judge "I understand your honor I'll get on that " I emailed her on numerous concerns regarding the grandparents doing what the judge told them not to do or they would lose their visitation she refused to acknowledge she was too busy getting her mediation classes in that she was doing during my 2017 divorce that she to this day has never finished and later stated she withdrew from the case like a year in waiting for the papers. I put my entire life in this woman's hands and in the end wasted alot of money and lost my kids on her lack of ability to represent her clients on contempt of court from the other party. I've been blocked by all clerks to go before either judge that promised any issues I was to just come down and see them and the grandparents were warned bc the juvenile judge refused to give them visits due to findings if abuse. And FYI a H on a drug screens means it's in your system like it's suppose to be based on my physicians screen and prescriptions prescribed that might I add I was on when my kids where given back to me in 2013. You want it to say H not L. Problem with these lawyers and magistrates thinking they got a medical degree too they forget cases don't follow previous judges orders thinking they are retiring and magistrates trying to take their spot on the bench and get all the bribery money they can for election time or retirement. Jonathan Turner can get my money anytime. He did an awesome I was charge with over 12 felonies he got it dropped down to 3 probational charges with a diversion. Also thanks to Christian and Candace . whenever someone ask about a lawyer I always refer them to Mr. Turner

Wooow. Speek did what he does and he beat the cases. Everything dismissed. Will use them over and over if need b but hopefully i can have a normal, no drama and ,trouble free life after all this court crap

They also have another attorney in their practice his name is John Wysong! I don't know about the other attorneys but Mr.Wysong is a complete liar. Not to the judge but y o his client! After he gets paid if you need a copy of something he will say oh that's I'll mail it and then after he don't mail three weeks later when you call! oh it must have got lost in the mail! Oh, it gets better! Then when you call back he will say oh I will just email it to you and you still never receive it. That's just one lie theirs many more. He's nice before he gets paid but he is a pathetic individual after he should be cleaning toilets and bed pans at the nursing home instead of practicing law!
