I discovered Mr. Johnson after having a private issue regarding my employer and landing on Google in an attempt to find a local attorney that practiced employment law. After further research I went ahead and gave him a call but was unable to reach him and so I left a voicemail.
What first struck me as unusual was the fact that no paralegal answered nor was I placed into a nondescript general mailbox to leave my message but the person on the other end of the voicemail was the attorney himself.
After this point a few days passed and I began to wonder if I might not hear back, but I waited as I am aware attorneys and their staff tend to be very busy. Sure enough a few days after my message, and after business hours at that I received a phone call from Mr. Johnson.
What followed was approximately a 30 minute conversation in which I was asked all pertinent information regarding my issue and given ample time to explain the facts as well as my opinion on the matter. Mr. Johnson courteously listened and educated me on all aspects of the law regarding my circumstances.
I was informed of all free avenues of relief, as well as probabilities of success, time frames for resolution and what said resolutions might look like. In the end I was not involved in a circumstance that would have been best supported by Mr. Johnson's representation.
All of this being what it was in no way altered the way he spoke with me, the respect he showed to me nor the help he provided. I would like to close with this bit of advice to anyone in a position such as I was in.
In a time where personal service is depressingly poor and in a field of work where service means the most to the client, Mr. Johnson went above and beyond a level of service that I feel anyone would be entitled to free of charge. I humbly, honestly and sincerely give him the highest recommendation possible.
