I retained Mr. Flatt to represent my company in a civil suit and I can’t express how grateful I am that I did. I own a very respectable company and have never had anything but praise for the service my employees and I provide for our clients. I have passion for my company and the service we provide for our clients. As disheartening as it was to know, I had in someway failed to uphold that gratification. I had to recall on what is often said in business “ there’s always that one”. In my case “that one “ was dissatisfied with the service provided and adamant on bringing havoc to not only my company that I have have shed blood, sweat and tears to build, but also my family. Mr. Flatt immediately took the case and went to work treating it with a manner that allowed me to focus on my my present clients and business without being distracted from the suit filed against me. This was the first time I have ever had to deal with any type of civil courts and I knew from our first consultation I had hired the right guy. He absolutely rocked it in the court room!! After a 5hr trial the judge even complimented him for a flawless representation before giving his judgement. This guy is an absolute beast!!!

I had the privilege to work alongside Jake for a brief time and I can tell you that he is a fantastic attorney. I highly recommend Jake for anything and everything in the criminal defense spectrum of middle TN, but especially in Murfreesboro. You cannot go wrong with hiring Jake.

Dropped me as a client and didn't let me know until the day before my court date on a failure to appear that I was in a sober living home in KY and he dropped me for "failure to communicate" when I called several times between then my court date. He knew where I was but still acted to the judge that he didn't know at all, put me in an easy position to do 5 years
