If this lawyer is court appointed do not let him double charge you in your case i would advise you to seek a new lawyer and you will not surve any time to a leser amount than he will hand you durring your case he is a fraud, and a scammer hes been arrested him self and lost his legal licance for 3 years now that has been removed hes back in the scamming chair he started once again i have seen my self where several people have gotten a year and 6 months at 30% and i know he should not be a lawyer also do to changing of the paper work and cruption of his power as a lawyer in the state of tennessee FIND a new lawyer and you will have a better luck with my brother did and all of his charges were dorpped but chirstopher woud have had him convicted for 1 year and 6 months just like i was i told him to seek a new lawyer which he did and that lawyer did alot better than mr westmoreland did with also a leser pay needed to proceed with the courts and won his case

Brian Belden is, by far, the worst legal professional practicing in TN. And i use the word professional very loosely. He will not protect your rights. He will definitely sell you up the river even if he has an open and shut win. 1 star is way more than deserved. Unfortunately I'm unable to give a lower rating. Avoid at all costs. If appointed, fire him immediately if you care about your future.
