Professional staff, friendly and efficient

After spending 60 months doing whatever I could to get through this bankruptcy I find out that there was something that was never explained to me. Now I am facing another 5 months of bankruptcy before it is discharged. I thought this law firm had my best interests at heart. Now I'm not sure.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everyone at this practice is very nice. If you call or email they get back with you quickly. Going through a CH 13 and I was informed/educated about the process. I've heard from others who worked with different attorneys and they didn't have a clue what was happening. Rothschild and Ausbrooks goes way above and beyond. One of the staff, Chris, even met with us on the weekend and continues to keep us informed!! Go with them and you know you will be getting the best!!!

In a very difficult and embarrassing turn of events, we went to another agency that provided not assistance, no answers, no help and we were extremely uncomfortable with them... it only took one phone call to get the right people on our side! We are 100% satisfied with Rothschild & Ausbrooks. I had questions and emailed Chris at their office, I got a reply back in a matter of minutes - NOT DAYS or WEEKS. The Rothschild and Ausbrooks firm have been a blessing. When I first approached them I had already been in a chapter 13 that was converted to a 7 when I lost my job. I was not only about to lose my home, but my aging parents were about to lose theirs as well because I had sold them the property and the trustee was convinced of fraud due to a lack of diligence from my previous lawyer. Not only did they fight my fraud case, and win, but they also walked me through getting back on chapter 13 so I could keep a roof over my family's head. The very best thing you can have when dealing with law is communication, and these good people have not let me down. They always return calls, set up convenient appointments, and explain everything. They even helped me sort through countless emails to and from my previous lawyer to sort out where thing went wrong. These people really do care and go the extra mile for their clients. If you are thinking about going to another office...don't. You won't find better.
