THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER BEEN THROUGH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.....I WAS TOLD A PACK OFF LIES.....IF THEY DIDNT WANT TO TAKE MY CASE ...THEN BE A MAN AND SAY SO....I CALLED THREE OTHER ATTORNEYS OFFICE AND ASKED ABOUT A "cost disclosure for budget analysis and due diligence" PAYMENT OF $379.OO TO BE PAID BEFORE THEY WOULD REPRESENT ME!!!....I WAS INFORMED THAT AS LONG AS I HAD A CHECKING ACCOUNT...I WOULD NOT NEED TO MAKE ANY TYPE OF PAYMENT BEFORE I FILED....COMMON SENSE WOULD TELL PODIS AND POSIS THAT IF I NEEDED TO FILE CHAPTER 13 ...WHY WOULD I HAVE ALMOST $400.00 TO PAY THEM...IF I HAD IT I WOULD NOT BE IN THEIR OFFICE!!!!!

WHEN I MADE A APPOINTMENT WITH PODIS AND PODIS...I ASKED WHAT I NEEDED TO FILE CHSPTER 13....AND NO ONE INFORMED ME ABOUT A $378.00 PAYMENT TO BE PAID BEFORE I COULD FILE.

ITS CALLED BAIT AND SWITCH....AND IF THIS IS HOW PODIS AND PODIS OPERATES....I WOULD NOT LET THEM REPRESENT MY !!!!

Once they acquire their up front fees and put you before a judge for your Chapter 13 case, you’re on your own after that. Any discrepancies that pop up throughout or after your case, you’re fending for yourself. $3,000 owed out after my case was dismissed, and a worse credit score that I had when I filed due to late/missed payments to accounts by a trustee they set me up with.

Wonderful place! Everyone is super nice and inviting. They really go that extra mile to ensure your satisfaction and make sure everything goes to plan. Cindy and Mark know how to help those going through a hard time. They certainly make it easier to handle, and make sure you stay within a well budget. Very thorough and don’t miss a thing!

Went to discuss a financial matter and was quite impressed at the level of service I received. The receptionist may need a little more training. She was not mean (perse), but was not very hospitable either. But, it could have been a single isolated moment - we all have them. Some more than others.

Went to Podis and Podis with my sister in March 2015 because creditors were pursuing her, a senior citizen of limited means. She has no way to pay these debts (incidentally, incurred not by her but by an ex-spouse). We wondered if she must file for bankruptcy. Met with terrific paralegal Amy who listened, advised and reassured us, and went above and beyond. She called the creditors and helped us with correspondence to advise that my sister is "judgement-proof." We were not charged for her help and learned there is no need to file for bankruptcy. This firm is just great... knowledgeable, experienced and caring people. We can sleep nights now. We can't thank them enough!
