Pamela - I had a phone call from Pamela and based on what she told me she did not have enough proof to meet the standard required to change a Parenting Plan in TN - I'm very careful about taking these cases because if you file a petition to change a Parenting Plan and you dont meet the standard then you can be responsible for the opposing party's atty fees - It is expensive to litigate these cases, but I do work for myself and my rates are "very reasonable" probably the most reasonable in the jurisdiction.

Tim was a much needed advocate during my divorce. I had originally retained one of the "Radio Firms" who was an absolute disaster representing me but made sure to charge me an exorbitant amount of money. Once Tim took over my case and offered a more than fair retainer, he walked me through the process. We had a very unreasonable plaintiff who would not accept any offer and forced the case to a trial. Tim was unrelenting in finding the truth and making sure it was presented to the judge. In the end, Tim adjudicated my case professionally and saved me thousands of dollars on the final result as well as treating my daughters with respect and making sure I would not be taken advantage of regarding custody.

Divorce is something I would not wish on anyone. However, should you have to go through this process, Tim Hogan will do his due diligence and make sure you have the representation you paid for and more importantly, one that you deserve.

Faced with a divorce after a long term marriage was very difficult period. Right away Tim made me feel comfortable with choosing him to represnt me.
