Recently retained Mr. Lawrence to assist with some family matters in court. Big promises were made, yet nothing but poor execution was delivered.

Underwhelmed at best is what I would use to describe his mediation of our case. So bad in fact, that as we arrived at our hearing, while the other two attorneys scoured through their notes, Lawrence sat there reading a travel guide. He utterly failed to prep our family members before they took the stand, completely failed to object to the most basic of matters by opposing counsel and was virtually laughed out of the court room.

One of the most experienced lawyers in Chattanooga, lost to 2 rookies handily.

... And then had the nerve to invoice for well over his initial retainer.

I cannot recommend this attorney to anyone. In my sincere opinion, it is time he gave up law and retired.

Phil Lawrence does not play! We retained him over the phone on Thursday afternoon and he filed 4 Motions before 4:00 PM and had us in Court the next afternoon. The Judge actually rescinded his order which is not something they normally do however, the young man that was a plaintiff was not an honest person and the Judge was not very happy with him. Anyway, we had to go back two weeks later. Mr. Lawrence has always been RIGHT ON TOP of everything and we came out of the courtroom the second time winners. Mr. Lawrence is straight and to the point. When you call him get to the point! LOL We feel very fortunate to have found Mr Lawrence and highly recommend him to anyone seeking Truth and as much as I hate to sound cliche, Justice.
