Last February, I was involved in a very bad motor vehicle accident that could have killed me and the lady who hit me. A lady had fallen asleep at the wheel and ran a red light as I was going through the intersection. Totaled my truck, her SUV and sent us both to the hospital. Used this lawyer a couple of years ago for a 1st offense dui after paying him a bunch of money he did nothing he didn't even show up for my court date sent one of his underlings which did nothing either. I thought I had hired him not one of his unskilled associates don't waste your money and make the same mistake I did make sure you nail him down who is really representing you!

Professional, effective, yet down to earth and make you feel at ease. The entire staff is friendly and genuine. After my hearing (I was very satisfied with what the lawyer achieved) i was welcomed back into the office and offered a bowl of homemade chilli that the team was preparing for the office lunch. They're like on big family.

My only negative criticism is that I dint feel i was kept well informed throughout the process. A few times I found myself asking, "why am I paying 10 grand for the best there is, yet I have no idea whats going on unless I call and leave a message with the receptionist?"

I now know why they don't keep in regular contact. Its because they have it under control and they don't reach out unless its very important. I still wish I would have been called once a month just to hear, "we have everything under control and things are being well taken care of, but do you have any questions or concerns for us?"

sorry Marcos I should have already shared this!!.. I went through a DUI charge, possession of a firearm while intoxicated charge. This lasted 5 long years and Marcos fought it for 3 years! It was in the city of Alcoa where they have almost a 100 % conviction rate on DUI (WHICH ISNT POSSIBLE ON THE UP AND UP) and absolutely do not reduce charges or even negotiate!!.. I had dirty cops changing their stories lying about what happened and they were getting away with it! i hired a cheap attorney in the same county and he was a total waste of time!!!!.. The moment I hired Marcos he was personable and understanding. My first appearance in court with Marcos was ... well he walked in like a bad ass with swagger and he had the respect of everyone in the court room!!.. Marcos told me every time a offer yes offer was made ..." brother it's up to you .. I'll do whatever you want to do!" guess what I have No DUI...
