I was charged with a DWI back in October 2015.. The Asheville police DWI task force charged me with DWI. My income solely depends on transportation to and from job sites and to perform service calls. I was so fortunate to have James Minick as my lawyer. He provided an aggressive defense, but was ethical in the way he went about it - in his dealings with me, the police, and the court.
