Hiring Camellia as my first lawyer to ever work with was the best choice I could had ever made. I must say I hit the nail on the head. I felt like a person not a client. She was easy to talk to and understanding about what I was up against, very much down to earth person. What I thought was going to be a ugly divorce turned out to be fairly easy. I will also say she was reasonable and felt my money was well spent. She fought for what I asked for, plus got me what I gave up on! When I first began my search for an attorney, as many know this can be just as stressful as going through a separation or divorce. So when I came upon Camellia's photo first, my first impression was " she looks to be a fighter". But I'm a firm believer that you should pray before making a big decision as such. So I did, and I had so much peace and knew that she was to be my attorney.

Do NOT hire this lady. We have sent multiple emails with no reply. We have went to her with the other party violating my wife’s parental rights and did nothing. We went to a sit down appointment with her when we was thinking about getting married and she specifically stated she my wife should NOT let an 8 year old dictate her life and happiness and the marriage would be financially beneficial for her and when we fired her she BOLD FACED LIED in an email and wanted my wife to lie to her child so she would potentially hear what she wanted in a letter. When we was supposed to go to mediation she didn’t even have the decency to call her client and say it was canceled. We found out from the opposing attorney who stated she had an emergency come up but according to her email it was because of my wife not doing something in a timely manner. I can’t even begin to state how many emails were never replied too but yet she charged for reading them. I am calling the BAR association and filing a complaint. FLAT OUT LIAR AND CROOK.

In reference to your response we also have emails proving you told her what to say in a letter which my wife told you a number of times she could not do because it would be her lying. Also before we got married you specifically stated (In Person) it could be in her best interest and then you email her I believe yesterday and stated you advised her against us getting married but she did it anyway. That is a BOLD FACED LIE!!!! You sat there and NEVER told her not to. How many times had we contacted you in regards to them violating her parental rights according to state law and you did NOTHING! You could have requested a new therapist evaluation. You could have done a lot more. We have already talked to other legal counsel who has a strong reputation and does not have multiple negative reviews that for the most part all day the same things and they was appalled by your failure to act on my wife’s behalf after showing them the complaints we brought to your attention. The only thing we could see happening was the large retainer that was paid dwindling down for you to reply to an email or phone call with no actions taken over the subjects.

She is very direct and get the job done. I had a good experience with her work and will definitely recommend her.

Be weary of writing a negative review of your experience. I have seen her drag peoples names through the mud for it. n fairness, I just retained Ms. Saunders a few weeks ago, after an hour long consultation, complete with some tears. I had consulted with a few other attorneys, as I have a somewhat complex case; many attorneys were either unfamiliar, unwelcoming, or after being kind, declined due to the major complexities. Sometimes it is easy to forget that people retain attorneys at a low point in their life, such as myself, I never thought I would need a divorce attorney. Once a strong person myself, I was broken down and felt weak. But Ms. Saunders exudes strength and a true passion for justice. She clearly is fighting, fairly, on my behalf, and she is doing so because I cannot. Divorces are painful. While some attorneys may express their concern, I genuinely felt it from Ms. Saunders (and her team). Again, I met with a few other similar well respected attorneys no one though was brighter, articulate, straight forward...and yet kind. So far she and her team have worked immensely hard, handled everything quickly and I get updates, and most of all, she checks on me- because she genuinely cares. In what could be the most difficult times in your life, wouldn't you want someone that truly cares for your well-being, keeping you apprised, while using the law to fight for you? I did, and so far, I couldn't be more thankful for her.

My experience with Ms. Saunders was nothing short of validating and uplifting. My ex did everything she could to keep me away from my kids. she lied repeatedly and made many false allegations. Ms. Saunders did not let my ex get away with it and in the end I got custody. Now my children and I can begin to heal and we look forward to a brighter future.

Does not show up for your court dates or answer the phone when she doesnt show up. very poor communication not once did I feel like I knew what was going on with my case. Had many occasions that I called and called with no return. She will never explain to you that the retainer is none refundable until she does not help you. I would NEVER recommend this office for anyone unless it was to the opposing side for an easy win. Camellia seemed to either be very lazy or way to busy for new cases, either way horrible decision to hire her and the biggest waist of time and money.

Ms. Billert was on the opposing and losing side in a legal matter after years of trying to manipulate and abuse the legal system. Ms. Billert has never been represented by Ms. Saunders in any capacity.

Ms Saunders has absolutely no scruples. Whats best for the child is not in her concern. She will use your child or children cause them pshycological harm. She drove my son to drugs and self mutilation.. She has no respect for the law. Will do what she wants and say what she wants. I have been witness to her purgering her self in Judge Swanns court room. She has brought falsified testimony to the court and committed fraud. Her relentlessness knows no bounds. If you are thinking about hiring her, think about your children. She definitely will not!
