My first contact with Mr. Talley was by phone. I contacted him based on the reviews I had seen and the ratings he had received online. I was facing potentially life changing charges and was quite disturbed and quite frankly confused. Wow! Over the the years I've engaged the services of many attorneys of varying specialties, but never a criminal attorney. It was terrifying!! Jeff Talley was highly recommended by a well-respected businessman. In the courtroom Jeff Talley was relentless, and yet, soft spoken; far-reaching, but respectful. My first observation of him in the courtroom was that he was highly respected not only by his peers but by the Judge as well. His disposition was humble. Yet during his questioning of the officer who arrested me, he was a bulldog! He didn't give up - and he could have - as this questioning session lasted much longer than I anticipated. Mr Talley held onto his line of questioning until he drug the pertinent answers out of the officer, resulting in the Judge saying she could see no reason why I was arrested and my charges were dismissed.
