Mr Leibel was always available to answer my questions. Rachel was awesome and always knew exactly what was going on with my case. My son and I were both injured after being rear ended by a school bus and both Rachel and Mr Leibel made sure we saw the doctors we needed to see and even put forth the money for a psychological evaluation for my son who sustained a pretty bad concussion. I worked entirely with Rachel and Mr Leibel through this process, which was great because I always knew who to contact and was never put in a position of having to explain my situation with anyone. Sadly, during this case I was involved in another accident when someone took a curve way to fast and hit me almost head on. I am having Mr Leibel and Rachel handling this case as well.

If it would be possible to give a 10 star rating, I absolutely would! Mr Leibel and his staff have made me feel cared about as we work through my accident claim. He even recommended the most wonderful neurosurgeon and calls to check on my condition. At first things seemed to be going great, I had a great staff on my case but as time went on I had more and more issues that would pop up. From the very beginning I was warned that this would probably take roughly two years because it was more of a 'minor' case for them to take on but was assured that the outcome would be in my favor as long as I was willing to wait, well I agreed fully knowing what I was embarking on. Well as time went on it seemed like I was pushed to the back burner and forgotten about. I would call periodically to check in on things because I would not hear from anyone in quite some time and it was like I was starting the whole process over again. I had to keep informing and describing the purpose of this case to each new person that I had talked to, and it seemed no matter when I called or when I was contacted by the office I was always talking to someone different who didn't know the case. There was serious lack of communication between one another in the office when they would hand off my case to the next person and I was the one who had to remind them of why we were doing certain things in the first place and what the end goal was. I seemed to be more of a thorn for the staff to deal with than a customer willing to bring business to them no matter how small. Overall I was not satisfied with how things progressed nor how they turned out. After hearing great things about the firm I had expected more of them, but I guess that's what you get when you assume things.

I had a car accident case. Very minor damages and money involved. The insurance company was giving me a hard time. I was very impressed with Attorney Steve Leibeil. I called and got immediately hooked up with a very nice paralegal who took my basics, and then transferred me to Steve. He did a really good job educating me on my options, and in the end basically helped me to understand the reality of my situation. Armed with some new understanding, I went back to the Insurance company and was able to work out a quick settlement that really was fair and reasonable. I have dealt with a lot of attorneys in my life. I've never had one be as easy going, knowledgeable, and willing to help as I found with Steve. I highly recommend that anyone who even thinks they may need a lawyer - give Steve Leibel a call. I joked with Steve that I am not normally a big fan of attorneys, and he laughed. That is representative of the sort of guy I found him to be.... helpful, down to earth, but also very legally sharp and realistic. He was very easy to talk to, and didn't "talk down to me". That's pretty rare in an attorney in my experience. Anyway, this is my review. And for the record, I never did actually contract to use Steve, but I was a lot better off for calling him, and I can with good certainty say that if I find myself in need of an attorney in the future, he'll be my first call.
