I had this office representing me in a criminal case last year. Franklin McKinney is one of the best lawyers in Cherokee County. He did an amazing job of representing me and got my case dismissed. Over priced and too cocky and full of themselves. They wanted 10,000 for what we hired another (who we are VERY happy with) for 1250.00.
That is a lie we did go to an office in the back of your firm with you and your son about a private matter concerning us as defendants in a requests for disclosure of assets concerning my mother and Medicaid! Your office is downtown Murphy and you have a young blonde secretary. so you sir lied!
