I had a need for legal advice / counselling. I simply filled out the online request on CARR's site and included a brief summary. (The more detail you provide the better). In under 1 hour I received a call from one of their offices. Was told my inquiry was received and they would like to schedule an initial call. An attorney had already confirmed a day and time. This was on a Friday. The meeting was schedule the following Monday. I received a call as scheduled. Had a good "to the point" conversation. I was given the advice needed. I will definitely keep this firms information in the event I need anything in the future. Very good service.
