Not sure how Bill stays busy since he never returns calls or emails, is never available and no one can answer questions. I met with Bill once about my divorce. He seemed to be chomping at the bit to sink my ex, and he told me to call him to do a follow-up appointment. So I did, and he never contacted me back again. I'm not sure what the deal with him is. I even tried to contact him recently...I have a custody problem, and it just rings and rings. I've left voicemail and email for him...and he has never returned any call or correspondence. Apparently, he has enough on his plate, so don't bother calling.

I have left multiple messages and have never received a return call from this office. My husband and I went to the office and attempted to meet with Bill in person and he was not there, so we spoke with his paralegal. During the meeting we expressed our displeasure with Bill's handling of our case and requested that our retainer be refunded to us. We were told that the retainer would most definitely be refunded, but Bill needed to put his signature on the check and that we would receive the check very shortly in the mail. It has been months since we left Bill's office and we have yet to receive our refunded retainer.

Bill failed to appear at court and failed to inform us of the court date so that we might attend as well, and, due to his lack of attendance and lack of informing us, both of our licences were revoked. This has cost us a great deal of money to rectify. The only way we were able to rectify the situation was by obtaining another lawyer!
