He is a awful awful lawyer

Excellent attorney

My husband I hired this attorneys office to handle his disability case. His paralegal, Carolyn Snyder (not just a coincidence that he has only ONE good review, and it happens to be from her, his employee) actually sat in the office with my husband and cried. She told him that the reviews that were online about her not returning phone calls were during a time that she had to be out for surgery, and that she promised she would always get back to him within a timely manner and would make sure that she would do everything she could to help him. My husband has never even met or spoke to Danny Garland, wouldn't know what he looked like if he was standing right in front of him. Over the last several months, several emails AND phone calls have been made to the office. The replies to the couple of emails that were responded to did not answer the questions in full, actually said I will check and get right back to you... months later no answers. Normally because of my husbands conditions he has me handle everything, so today he decided to call. He called the office no answer, but then called her cell phone and she answered (obviously didn't know the number, because he called right back with a question and was sent to voice mail) he asked a question involving information that I had sent in a previous email and was still waiting for an answer to and she was able to tell him the details of the email ‍♀️ but couldn't take two minutes to reply? So here I have a husband who has severe PTSD, Depression, Anxiety and many other things. Ended up at the crisis center a couple of months ago, and an attorney who never calls, and a paralegal who should win an Emmy pretending to care!!!

My review!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE, RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN' THEY DON'T HELP AT ALL, AND DO NOT CARE! REVIEWS WERE RIGHT! And now my husband is screwed!
