I feel it is important to share my experience so that you can make an educated decision. First of all, Sam is a nice guy with great conversation, which is why I trusted him so easily. I went to mediation with him twice, and court once so my experience with him was brief, but I learned a few things that I feel like you need to know. You have to stay on top of him to get things done. For example, something as small as getting me my child support calculations took 3 separate calls and two emails to remind him to do it when in fact he still showed up to mediation without the correct calculations. He would dismiss questions that I had or tell me that I could ask the judge those questions on my divorce date, when if fact, on the day of my divorce, he informed me that I am not aloud to ask questions to the judge and that I am only here to agree to the divorce. When I looked at him with confusion he said, "do you want a divorce today or not?" This was also the week before he separated from his old job. So maybe he didn't care about me because he couldn't take my business with him.... I am not sure... So before you decide whether or not Sam is the right guy for you please consider my experience.

I would highly recommend Samuel Tipton to anyone. He always made himself available in a timely fashion whenever I had any questions or concerns, and he did an amazing job overall handling my case.
