I retained Jennifer to handle a termination and adoption for myself and my husband. She outlined everything we were to expect and kept us up to date on what was coming up and the way she would handle it. She even had foresight into a couple issues that eventually came up and we were already expecting them and knew what to do. This turned out better than I expected and I would highly recommend her to handle any family law issue that you have.

I hired Mrs. Chadwell for a custody issue. Not only did she get the outcome I wanted, she went over the limit for me! Very satisfied and will keep her number if anything else happens.

You will pay her large sums of money over a period of time, but ultimately she will not stand up for you. She will not fight for you as you deserve. She is quite frankly, too afraid to stand up for her client. She is intimidated by more powerful lawyers and buckles under the pressure. She gives in to more powerful lawyers. I wouldn't trust her to do you justice if your case will be challenging. Maybe if your case is simple, you'll be OK with her. She may promise you results that could never occur, but if you don't know law, you might just believe her and let her string you along until you've already paid her too much to back out. Don't listen to her assurances. None of them have ever turned out to be true for me. I spent way more money than I anticipated and my case took much longer to resolve than I was assured by her. In the end, I didn't get much from her help, either. I regret not hiring a better lawyer. Do your research and hire a powerful lawyer who will fight for you until the end.

Bad communication. Is not aggressive. If you are looking for a paperwork clerk to send emails: here you will find it, but if you need something done beyond, good luck.

This is one attorney who should not be allowed to practice law. She has lied to the court in Affidavits and has had multiple complaints filed with the BOPR. She is quite possibly the worst guardian ad litem in state history, intentionally misleading the court and failing to fulfill her fiduciary duties to the detriment of the vulnerable adult she was appointed to protect.

First of all, she can never be reached by phone! Always gone! Second of all, after she fails you on your case MISERABLY, she proceeds to ask you for... MORE money. After you already spent thousands on no results. Seriously, take your hard-earned money elsewhere.

Ms Chadwell is knowledgeable, caring and keeps you informed. Answers emails usually within 1-2 days. Retainers appear to be lower than what other attorneys require yet you get excellent legal services for your money. Very pleased with my experience!

I had an issue with the father of my children. I was not seeing my children and I hired Mrs. Chadwell to represent me in court. I not only got my visits back, I actually have them more than he does now! Her and her staff were great thru the whole ordeal. Thank you thank you!
