I received a speeding ticket while driving through North Carolina from Georgia to a Hurricanes hockey game. 85 in a 60. I was told by the police officer it was a mandatory court appearance. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He told me what my options were and the costs involved. He emailed me the paperwork the next morning as promised and I hired him.
