Robert Reeves and Zachery Fry are an outstanding team! I was arrested for a DUI charge. A few weeks later the same officers who arrested me that night for refusing to blow in a breathalyzer than gave me a ticket for being parked in a handicap spot. As a single mother of two under 4 years old, with no support, going through a divorce after newly relocating to SC from NY I was terrified. I didn't know the legal system in the state I had no idea how this would end. I knew I'd be facing not only a suspension for a year at least, but possible installation of a breathalyzer device in my truck, fines over $1000, alcohol classes or some type of community service and a charge on my record for life that would affect me forever. It was in learning how to not be afraid that I began to pave the road I was meant to walk on and with the help of Robert and Zach my fear began to vanish & my life started to change. The commitment to yourself though, that is the hardest step. You have to choose to commit to yourself first. Knowing I was facing an uphill battle, being a single father, in pursuit of custody of my 18 month old son. During our original meeting, Mr. Burgin, listened and received my issues whilst acting compassionate and understanding. Having already tried several avenues through the family court system I had an incredibly difficult time being heard Despite the seriousness of my situation regarding the safety and well being of my child. Acting swiftly Mr. Burgin laid down the ground work for what would become of my situation giving me unbiased and honest opinions on the way. (To be honest which I did not expect). Throughout the entire process Mr. Burgin had kept me in the loop of the status of my custodial issues.
