Following a very serious (life-changing in ways) accident on 9/9/18 I was advised to contact Trammell and Mills by my chiropractor and my neurologist. Somehow, the phone number I was given sent me to a cruise agent, but I finally got in touch with them. From the first meeting on, Trey Mills and staff put my sister (I was driving her car) and me at ease, and told me what to expect (especially when trying to deal with insurance companies).

Trey answered all of my questions directly, quickly and accurately whenever I had one - even on weekends! The entire process was a very frustrating deal (I was getting nothing but run-around and inaccurate information from my sister's insurance as well as the at-fault party's insurance which I couldn't even contact for lack of a phone number). Trey, Paula and others cut through all of the red tape quickly and followed their actions the entire time. Soon, the checks started coming to cover some scary medical bills (I am on Disability).

When it came time for discovery and deposition, they guided me through the process several times, answering every question, and making certain that I was ready. When Trey was busy at the time of deposition, Roy Trammell stepped in. The same held true for mediation. In the end, they put my interests ahead of greater gain on their part. There is no question who I will use if I have the misfortune of being in another accident.

I’d go with anyone else. I do not feel as if I was well stood up for, I felt as If my case wasn’t as well planned as it should have been.
The FEES they charge are ridiculous! On top of the percentage they get from your case they also take more! But they don’t tell you that when you’re deciding to go with them or not.
They kept saying “well we won you X amount”
When in reality they DIDN'T, after their fees and percentage and the time you pay your medical bills you have NOTHING.
They will post a pictures of an amount saying they won for you which doesn’t actually go to you!

AGAIN being honest when they say “won X amount you leave with nothing”

Since I got a sarcastic reply from such a sorry law firm I'll go into detail.
I went to them based off of an acquaintance's word. Boy was that a mistake. After dealing with the firm for about 3 months, I felt like they weren't really fighting for me, and more like they were out for the cut of a return. Even after asking what it would take so I could go to another law firm, they never would answer the question. When the court hearing was almost due, I decided to just settle because I didn't have faith in their ability to fight for me and not the other side. After speaking with other lawyers, there was more that could have been done on their behalf, but you live and you learn and hopefully someone else who is looking at retaining these guys will look at other lawyers before settling with them.

I could not be MORE displeased with the service I was provided. I came to this law firm based on the high reviews, only to regret this decision now. I got attacked by a dog in September. I went to the lawyer, Roy, is his name. And he promised to keep me updated on any information. However, i kept calling for updates and never got any reply from him. I emailed him about a month and a half after hiring him asking for another update. He replied and said the homeowners had written them a letter and that he would call me the next day to tell me what it said. I called three times the next day before finally getting an answer. He told me that the homeowners were declining the case. And that he didn't want to pursue my case any MORE. He sent me the letter from the homeowners and it turns out they sent this letter on October 8!! And I didn't get any information about it until a MONTH later. And probably wouldn't have if I hadn't pushed him. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS LAW FIRM TO ANYONE. I WILL be finding a lawyer who is willing to learn about my case and tight for me.

Mr. Mills handled my car accident with professionalism. He understood the frustration that comes from being involved in an accident. Mr. Mills and his staff were always pleasant and unlike other places, they answered their calls or called back by the next day. I never felt like I couldn't walk into the office if I ever had a concern. Mr. Mills won my case and we never had to go to court. I will never use the law firm again. I was quoted one price til the settlement came in then charged another. The paralegal told me my finance company had accepted the offer on my car and they didnt,only finding out once they mailed me a letter saying it was being put on my credit.when I called Lisa she kept saying that they had accepted and she would even send me a copy of the email.guess what? Never no email. This law firm cares about one thing..
MONEY..... never would i tell anyone to use this form or go back myself...
