Biggest mistake of my life. Doctor said Avoid, stress, getting up set &/or worry . Those are all Impossible with Klein as lawyer and Andrew as helper.
Most don't have to deal with paying as it's deducted from back pay check. Of course it wasnt them it was social security according to them. Almost 3 months since I was awarded and was sent letter from social security,not a phone call from them.
Wish I went with lawyer referred by MS society would've saved aggravation,worry,stress & money.

Very thorough

They helped me so much and made it easy for me to get my disability. I had tried on my own but had been denied. They got my medical records and submitted them, we went before the Judge and was approved. Very reasonable with their fees.

I had a wonderful experience with Lawyer Don Pilzer. I was going through this process for almost 2.5 years before hiring him. During that time 2.5 years, I recieved denial after denial. I was referred to Mr. Pilzer by an associate that used him as well. My associate spoke highly of him, his services, and his staff. I took a chance and hired Mr. Don Pilzer too. It was the best decision I ever made. He is very knowledgeable and transparent. He walked me through what to expect. His staff is amazing as well. Don Pilzer is very kind and professional. I mainly dealt with Carole Frey in his office, who was also very kind and followed through in a timely manner with my every request and question. Yet after all my tests and documentation and testimony from numerous Dr.s over the years, I was rejected twice by Social Security disability here in Greenville. Don't waste your time....if you don't do all the leg work for them they won't want anything to do with your case...it all has to be outlined for them and easy or they won't even check into your case...they have an excuse for everything....heaven forbid if there is a third party insurance involved...typical greedy lawyer technics...really bad people here...

Attorney at Don pilzers office has a commercial on television stating if you need a lawyer for social security or disability call them but once you do theyll say they can't take your case for ssi or disability.makes no sense

I hurt my back at work and did everything the doctors tried to do to help me, but I'm still in a lot of pain. I tried to file for my SS disability on my own and was denied 2 times. This is one great law firm. I didn't even attempt doing this on my own and had heard a lot of good things about this firm.
