My experience dealing with Tony Rollman far exceeded any expectations I had when it came to needing a lawyer. He is extremely intelligent, thorough, quick on his feet and very professional. He has over 20 years of experience and it shows. He answered all of my questions and was available whenever I needed him. I hope I never need the services of a criminal defense attorney again but if I do, I absolutely 100% would hire Tony again.

Totally horrible experience. He never greeted me or asked how I was or anything... didn't speak to me until one hour after my appointment and was condescending and I left 2 minutes after his attitude DO NOTbrecomend spending ANY money at this overpriced RUDE lawyer

Tony is A1.I wish I could give more than 5 stars because Mr.Rollman will go above and beyond for his clients.I had a hard time finding a lawyer due to the fact that many lawyers have never worked on charges like mine and wanted way too much money,Tony was there from day one and wanted to help. I am from out of town and that played a factor, But Tony made it easy.He is there for you all the way through.He also helped me with a great payment plan. Tony is the best lawyer in AVL,And he will prove it to you.

Tony Rollman helped me get a major felony dismissed without going to trial. I am very grateful for what he did for me. The charges were dropped and I didn't have to go to jail.

I hired Tony Rollman for help with some legal issues I was having and I am 100 percent glad I did. He was so thorough and spent so much time listening to me and knew exactly what needed to be done to help me. He was also very direct and honest with me and did not make false claims or assumptions like many other lawyers do (like when they promise you they can help you, even though they know they can't do anything to help you - they just want your money). Tony Rollman was a complete fail. Promises without delivering. Made error on paperwork submitted then was petition was rejected and he never made it right. Beware.

Tony was a fantastic lawyer 20 years ago when he was fresh out of a law school. After 20 years of experience he has only gotten better. He is Asheville's premier criminal defense attorney. He will walk you through every aspect of your case with compassion and diligence. I hope I never need his services again but if I found myself in legal trouble I would not hesitate to hire him again.
