So I've only seen the law firm once since hiring them, but they have contacted me several times to keep me up to date. They get Five stars for keeping in touch I can give a better review in a few months or so. Hope this review helps others to know someone is there to help out and really do care when you need them.

I had an accident on my way to work and was hit by a drug impaired driver, whom had just been involved in a hit and run accident. It was overwhelming the amount of solicitations I received from law firms after my accident. I chose Jason Taylor for a couple of reasons. After my car accident, I did not want to hire a lawyer because I didn't want to pay part of my settlement to a law firm. A coworker convinced me to hire attorney Serbin since he had achieved excellent results for her twice. Hiring attorney Serbin saved me so much hassle dealing with insurance companies and even after paying the firm's fee I ended up with substantially more money than I could have ever negotiated on my own. Further, I did not have to reimburse my health insurance company because attorney Serbin understood the nuances of my policy. If I am ever in another accident I would hire attorney Serbin again.

After the car accident I was involved in I received a whole slew of advertisements from a variety of lawyers. With only one exception they were all slick brochures that must have cost quite a bit. Jason Taylor's was simple, made me feel comfortable and didn't feel as if it was strong-arming me. I called and was able to make an appointment soon after.

Given the head injury I sustained I did my best to present myself as I might normally on that a first appointment. It didn't work. Instead I was extremely out of it and didn't feel like I could function at all. Yet the people I came in contact with, including Jason, were all kind and I was not made to feel like the wonky person I felt! The one thing I felt clear about was that there was no way I could have handled this on my own and I felt sure that I had chosen the right law firm to handle my case.

I had no clue that anything like a diminished value claim even existed. I would never have known to file that particular claim yet Jason's office informed me about the process and proceeded to get me a settlement on my car. This was over and above the repair costs. The settlement on my injury took longer but only because my treatment lasted a while. When it was finally finished, the team at the firm immediately jumped on it and I received my settlement very soon afterwards. Christine Gallagher was my "go to" person and she was fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about her. When she said she was going to do something I knew it would get done.
