Worst law firm. Marshall has done nothing. Doesn't ever return calls. Do not reccomend at all. Hope this helps.

They leave people that are victims of domestic abuse with no representation. After taking the person's money they do not subpeona DSS paperwork and put the case through to save a child. I don't trust them with the disability portion either. How are they going to handle your disability if they are too afraid to represent someone with a temporary one? It was very difficult to earn the money, go to college and come in and out of a hospital all at once. The man was more than catered to because he never answers calls and emails. Exparte communication is unprofessional, the GAL wasn't the right choice, the paternity order wasn't enforced and my daughter shouldn't of been set aside because he doesn't understand psychology. I know what bribery is as well. Henderson County does this and its time they stop. My child is not property and after 2 "attorneys" quit you begin to wonder. He will have you show up to court alone. Don't hire Derek Jones.

I was looking up the details for the firm for the fax number and saw some bizarre negative reviews, particularly about ex parte. Without getting into details, my ex parte was granted as soon as Jason Blackwell could find a judge that did not have a conflict with my ex. He and his lovely assistant immediately responded to me and helped me get things taken care of in a timely manner. I appreciate their time.
