Alton Hyatt was wonderful with explaining details on making a Will and power of attorney.

This is not Chloe Neal this is her mother. I would not recommended Alton Hyatt. My mother went to him years ago to have some land completely deeded to her. I’m am not sure of the amount of money she paid his firm to handle this for her but it was never completed and she was never notified. It was not discovered till after her death that the Hyatt Law Office had failed to file the deed for the land that we had all signed off on. When the firm was contacted all they would say was “there was a note on the file to hold off filing the deed”. What a vague response. Who told them to do that? They don’t know and don’t care. When I called them they wouldn’t tell me anything. They did refund around $100 that she had paid to actually file the deed. Who knows how much they charged her to all the preparatory work. They offered no apology or why to reconcile their failure in this matter.

Alton Hyatt and his office will not return phone calls. I have left numerous messages over the course of a year and have not yet received a return call. This lawyer messed up important title work for a property we own-- TWICE. His mistake has cost my family and I much time, effort and money. I do not recommend his services.
