I have worked with Mr. Gilpin on a couple cases before. He is the only lawyer I’ve worked with but my last case took over a year to resolve. I just recently got into an accident on January 20th. It is now January 31st and I still Yet to even have any assistance from him or his office on a rental car and I was not the driver at fault. This is extremely unprofessional and it is my final straw. His secretary informed me that he is sick but he doesn’t have any other lawyers that work for him so when he is out sick, your case just sits there. Like my totalled car is doing. Just sitting there. My daughters car seat isn’t supposed to be used due to the accident or my sisters booster seat but “my lawyer” isn’t helping with any of it. No assistant was assigned my case or anything. I am completely appalled and disappointed.
