Incredibly poor communication! I had to initiate all communications for my case, even after their comparatively high attorney fees were paid. I would not use them again, so I can not recommend them.

Need to follow up on my previous review and the response below "Mr. Bean, we apologize that we could not take your case due to a conflict of interest. That is actually a professional responsibility rule that we must follow. If we can ever help you with another matter, we would be happy to do so."
Not sure how there would have been a conflict of interest on an underage drinking charge, but even if that was the case, I drove 12 hours from FL to NC to be in court. You were well aware that I was doing so. I went to speak with the attorney before court, was told he was locked in his office getting ready for court, then in court his associate told me he was sick. Also I should mention that I fired you, you didn't withdraw willingly. And I got a better deal representing myself than what you suggested.
