Very helpful firm! I used them both times my husband got a ticket in NC for speeding within a year of each other and both times they were able to take the case the day I called, I payed an easy payment of $99 and both times they were able to reduce his ticket down to improper equipment, and no insurance raise! The high stress of a ticket is almost gone when my husband walks through the door with that look on his face and a paper in his hands because I know who to call! I found these guy’s on the Friday before my original traffic court date, which was the following Monday... I paid my (very reasonable) fee, and hoped for the best. They were able to continue my case to prepare and gather all the necessary information regarding my case. They were easy enough to retain, but their communication during the pendency of my case (speeding ticket) was pretty terrible. I was assured from my first call that an attorney would be reaching out to me to determine what type of resolution I wanted to aim for. I contacted them a few times leading up to my case to follow up, including on the day before my case was set to be heard, and was told each time that an attorney would contact me to discuss strategy -- and that if he could not contact me in time, he would get a continuance. On the day my case was set to be heard, they sent me an email saying they reached a resolution that I never knew about or authorized. They were nice after the fact, telling me it was an internal administrative error, but I didn't like that they handled my case and negotiated a resolution on my behalf without ever consulting me or allowing me to speak to an attorney. I imagine they handle other cases the same way.
