If I could give this place one star, I would. I can't believe these positive reviews as this was not my experience at all. I could never reach Chad regarding my child support case. I dealt primarily with Chad's paralegal Jessica whose job was to field Chad's calls apparently. The only thing they accomplished for me was having my case continued. I negotiated the child support payments with the custodial parent, I did all of the leg work! Getting Chad to respond to emails was a chore in itself. I would wait weeks before an email would be answered. I spent $1K that I did not have for ABSOLUTELY nothing. Part of the support agreement was to have the kids removed from my health insurance since the custodial parent receives Medicaid. Guess what, my job hasn't removed the kids from my insurance and Chad and his team sent me a letter stating that I would have to retain them again to work with the State to have them removed from my health insurance. This was a part of the original agreement, why should I retain them again????? This place is horrible. As an aside, I referred my wife to them for a traffic ticket, she left two voicemail messages for them so she could retain them and guess what???? No response! If you want your calls and emails to be ignored and to work out your own agreements, go to Wunsch Law Firm. Otherwise, take your hard earned money and go elsewhere.
