I wouldn't even give this law office 1 star. Our son has been in jail since November, has had 4 court dates continued without no explanation at all, the lawyer doesn't return phone calls, answer phone calls or text messages and his secretary has more issues that's she's clearly not aware of. This lawyer has also been disciplined by the state licensing authority, and has also had a suspension in the year 2006. Don't recommend him and would probably be better off representing myself.

The law firm Is horrible. The attorneys don’t return phone calls. They’ll text and set times to meet and never show up. I wouldn’t recommend.

Worst lawyer ever. Please pay attention to the one star reviews. The office will not call you back. They will continuously tell you lies and it is just way to stressful to deal with. I paid them over $400 to deal with a speeding ticket that was in 2017 and I still have to deal with them now because they didnt show up to the court date because they cant get their information right. This place needs to be shut down and their license suspended

Your service is the worst I'll never come back to you always late for my court dates telling me I owe you $ when I have my receipts you're a scam artist for real.

Mr. Key's services has been nothing short of pathetic since we have hired him. He has failed to provide the services that has been paid for and does not respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner. It is quite unfortunate when you pay someone for legal service and they send someone else in their place and the burden falls on the customer. Do yourself a favor and hire ANYBODY else.

This company never called you back I've been waiting my case of 45 days to be resolved after payment and still nothing has been done yet every time I go into the office they always lie they never had the correct information, if you need something done in a timely manner I advise you not to use this Law Firm, and every time you call and they never answer the phone they always out to lunch or in a meeting and you can never speak to the attorney directly

Thus far I have no good responses as we have been calling and leaving voicemails for several weeks trying to get in contact with Mr. Key and he has been non responsive. This is stressful leading up to the days of the case when there has been no contact made.

Well at first he was grate i dont have much money cause i am on disability for sezers and cant drive and i in court try to get my kids for 3 weeks now i called he have not returned my call at all. Dont get me wrong be is a good lawyer but idk if the money come first or helping ppl i trying to get my kids or see them

Everyone at Mr Keys office from the front desk to Mr Keys himself is amazing. They are very nice, understanding, caring, and just good people. Mr Key is the only attorney I will use in Harnett County. He also works in Cumberland County. If you need a great attorney then him and is staff are for you.

As they come Top of the line to everyone he gets to help very Professional in every way so when in need just ring ring up more then 20 years experience .

I have beeen trying to get a traffic case handled since February. I've given my info to different people and no response. I have also called every week still no response.

Mark is excellent, hands down. His firm has been my lawyer for several years, and represented many people I know from traffic tickets, to more serious matters. His firm makes you feel like family, not just a client. Every time I speak with him, he asks about my family, and how we are doing in life. If I ever have a simple question, or something complex, he takes the time to explain things to me in a way that I can understand, not in crazy legal jargon.
